Our medical travel service is available to all hospital travelers but for those with Medicaid and/or private insurance, our program offers a special patient travel benefit.  Hospital Traveler reserves lodging, air travel and car rental services for the medical traveler. Our nation wide program provides access to over 48,000 hotels near medical centers, offering special discounted Hospital Traveler rates, guaranteed to be the lowest available.

For travelers with this type of benefit, our service helps decrease the upfront cost of lodging, making it easier to afford the cost of necessary and approved medical treatment. With applicable paperwork, provided by the physician and as designated by the State or Insurance Company, our service will seek approval for the travel requested. Once approval is obtained our benefits, staff will coordinate with your medical facility to reserve the insured lodging accommodations.  Any associated travel expenditures are billed to the appropriate payee.
